Another year, another festival dedicated to pets.
The popular Abu Dhabi Pet Festival is coming back to Yas Island, with this year's event scheduled to take place at du Arena on March 15.
The 2019 festival will feature activities to celebrate both dogs and cats, including a dog agility competition, pets fashion show and an international cat and dog competition, as well as food and beverage stalls for owners. There will also be a pet and owner fancy dress competition, as well as a K9 Unit and petting farm on hand.
The Abu Dhabi Pet Festival is designed to raise awareness about animal welfare and pet services in the UAE, including pet health, training, nutrition and fashion. Veterinary specialists will also be on hand to help educate guests about pet care and the resources available in the UAE.

Brunch has been around, is some form or another, for more than a century. The word was first mentioned in print in an 1895 edition of Hunter’s Weekly, after making the rounds among university students in Britain.
