The Seoul Motor Show, Asia's fourth largest car gathering, is under way at the Kintex arena in South Korea. Auto manufacturers from around the globe have flown in their pick of both passenger and commercial vehicles for the 10-day junket, though the country's home-grown offerings are taking centre space. Parts makers and info-tech companies are also displaying their most innovative products. The show is the only Korean event recognised by the International Organisation of Motor Vehicle Manufacturers, an alliance founded in Paris in 1919. The country's two-largest cities, Seoul and Busan, have taken turns to host the show each year.
