Bayern Munich have publicly announced their intentions of signing Chelsea teenager Callum Hudson-Odoi following a reported fourth bid for the winger.
German champions Bayern have reportedly met Chelsea's asking price of £35 million (Dh163.7m), although the Premier League club are yet to accept the offer.
Hudson-Odoi, 18, has reportedly told Chelsea he wants to leave the club and has turned down the latest contract offer. He has entered the final 18 months of his existing deal.
"We definitely want to sign him - he has the qualities which would fit very well into our team," Bayern's director of sport Hasan Salihamidzic said on Wednesday at their winter training camp in Doha. "He is very fast and good at dribbling."

If Hudson-Odoi moves to Munich, he will become the third English teenager in the Bundesliga alongside Jadon Sancho, 18, who left Manchester City for Borussia Dortmund in 2017, and Riess Nelson, 19, on loan from Arsenal at Hoffenheim until July.
Hudson-Odoi played 79 minutes of Chelsea's 1-0 defeat to Tottenham Hotspur on Tuesday night in the English League Cup semi-final. His sole Premier League appearance so far this season was as an injury replacement in a 2-1 win at Watford on December 26.
The England Under-19 international is set to face more competition next season at Stamford Bridge with the arrival of US winger Christian Pulisic from Borussia Dortmund in July.
Chelsea manager Maurizio Sarri has urged Hudson-Odoi to remain at the club he joined in 2007.
"He is very young, he has the future," the Italian said. "He has a very great future here in England, with the national team and Chelsea. To stay here is better for him."
