The UAE will face Uzbekistan in the AFC under-19 Championship after convincingly beating Australia 3-0 at the Prince Mohammed Bin Fahad Stadium.
If the UAE were hoping for a dream start against the Socceroos, they certainly got it.
Ahmad Khalil scored after five minutes before Rashed Esa doubled their advantage seven minutes later.
Australia were forced to come out and attack Mahdi Ali's charges more in the second half, which inevitably left gaps for the UAE strikers to attack, and they duly obliged by adding a third four minutes from full-time.
In the day's earlier semi-final, Karimov Sherzodbek's first half effort was enough to book Uzbekistan's place in the final at the expense of South Korea.
The final will take place on Friday in the Prince Mohammed Bin Fahad Stadium
