Careem has launched a roadside assistance service in Dubai, offering stranded motorists services that include battery boosting and emergency fuel delivery. New batteries, a battery charge or fuel delivery will incur a flat Dh100 callout fee, with the cost of the fuel or battery on top. The service is available round the clock and can be booked on the Careem app by selecting the "roadside assistance" option. “Roadside assistance is a part of our ongoing commitment to provide innovative services that help positively impact and simplify the daily lives of UAE residents,” said Gheed Al Makkaoui, general manager of Careem UAE.
