DUBAI // A military retiree accused of pinching a British woman's bottom in the Wafi Mall car park last December has been submitted to a centre to receive psychiatric treatment. His initial sentence of a three-month jail term was overturned this morning by Dubai Criminal Court after the Emirati AA, 39, filed for a new trial and argued he was not responsible for his actions at the time. salamir@thenational.ae
