Abu Dhabi Media was one of dozens of companies at the Tawdheef Employment Fair, promoting media career opportunities to UAE nationals.
ADM, owner and publisher of The National, is hosting master classes in journalism, photography and television presenting, allowing students to experience real-world media.
Abdullah Al Ghamdi, host of Min Al Khater at Abu Dhabi TV, showed how to smile and pose in front of the camera, and how to read from a teleprompter. Osama Al Amiri, a presenter for AD Sports, explained his job and interacted with applicants.
Representatives from the company were on hand to help students with inquiries and concerns. Resumes were also collected.
Tawdheef visitors who wish to find out more information about ADM can visit the booth in Hall Three, exhibition stand 3B30, until tomorrow.
