Twenty members of the Al Thani family, which rules in Qatar, held an opposition meeting to reject the policies of Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad.
“God willing, soon, we will be in Doha in our beloved Qatar,” said Sheikh Sultan bin Suhaim, 33, who hosted the first-of-a-kind gathering to mark his country’s national day.
“Our ancestors have not raised us to backstab … they raised us with honour, manhood, courage, and generosity.”
Sheikh Sultan — who is believed to be residing in Saudi Arabia — praised King Salman of Saudi Arabia and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman for their efforts to confront Doha, which is accused of interfering in the internal affairs of other Arab countries.

Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Bahrain and Egypt cut all diplomatic and transport ties with Doha on June 5 because of its support of extremist groups and its interference in other countries' affairs.
In October, Qatari authorities seized Sheikh Sultan’s palace and his assets after he expressed support for Sheikh Abdullah bin Ali, another member of the Qatari royal family, who called on the Qatar leadership to adhere to the demands of the Arab quartet to resolve the crisis. Sheikh Abdullah’s assets were frozen.
Sheikh Sultan said last month that Qatar was under illegitimate rule and must stop funding extremism.
“We bear the responsibility to rescue Qatar,” he said.

Electoral College Victory
Trump has so far secured 295 Electoral College votes, according to the Associated Press, exceeding the 270 needed to win. Only Nevada and Arizona remain to be called, and both swing states are leaning Republican. Trump swept all five remaining swing states, North Carolina, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin, sealing his path to victory and giving him a strong mandate.

How to keep control of your emotions

Hope
While all traders need hope to start trading, excessive optimism can backfire. Too many traders hold on to a losing trade because they believe that it will reverse its trend and become profitable.
Tip: Set realistic goals. Be happy with what you have earned, rather than frustrated by what you could have earned.
Frustration
Traders can get annoyed when the markets have behaved in unexpected ways and generates losses or fails to deliver anticipated gains.
Tip: Accept in advance that asset price movements are completely unpredictable and you will suffer losses at some point. These can be managed, say, by attaching stops and limits to your trades.
Boredom
Too many investors buy and sell because they want something to do. They are trading as entertainment, rather than in the hope of making money. As well as making bad decisions, the extra dealing charges eat into returns.
