One of Dubai's most famous tourist attractions, which performs song-water-dance performances several times a day, will now also perform the tune from the film A Star Is Born, starting on Thursday, February 7 at 8.30pm and running until February 14. Not only will it be the first time the song has been played via the fountain, but it'll also be the first to be accompanied by the StrobeStars lighting system, and it's the longest song in the repertoire, at 5 minutes and 27 seconds. A Star is Born is the 2018 drama-romance that tells the story of musician Jackson Maine (Bradley Cooper), who falls in love with struggling artist Ally (Lady Gaga). It's gone on to receive a total of eight Academy Award nominations, for Best Picture, Best Actress (Gaga), Best Actor (Cooper), Best Supporting Actor (Sam Elliott), Best Adapted Screenplay, Best Cinematography, Best Original Song (Shallow) and Best Sound Mixing. Gaga also bagged the Best Original Song, Motion Picture award for Shallow at this year's Golden Globes.
