Fast & Furious 7 casting agents coming to Dubai

Dubai movie fans and car enthusiasts will have a chance to appear in the next instalment of Fast & Furious.

The movie franchise, which saw the release of Fast & Furious 6 in May this year, will be casting for actors in the emirate in September, according to an American audition website.

The Universal Pictures film will also be partly shot in Dubai as well as Tokyo and the US. The news, revealed on Monday on www.acting-auditions.org, said casting calls will be going out in Los Angeles for starring, co-starring and supporting roles for the film.

“Shooting will also take place in Tokyo and Dubai. The extras will be cast near the locations where filming will take place. Principal photography commences September 2013.”

The seventh installment in the car movie franchise, starring actor Vin Diesel, will be directed by the Malaysian-born Australian filmmaker James Wan. It is expected to hit theatres on July 2014.
