YouTube show That Hashtag Show claims to have revealed the first images of Carrie Fisher as Princess Leia in the forthcoming Star Wars: The Force Awakens.
The costume seems to match the partial view we see in the last trailer of a character handing over a lightsabre, seemingly confirming rumours that the character in question is Leia.
The grey jumpsuit and black waistcoat combo is actually remarkebly similar to the regular rebel soldier uniform worn in Episode III: A New Hope. Given that Leia is already at the very least a princess, and rumoured to be a queen in the new movie, it's nice to see she's remained one of the people in terms of wardrobe at least. Fidel Castro would be proud.
