12 Valentine's Day gift ideas for men: from designer games to smart watches

What to buy the man who already has it all? Or, worse, isn't really interested in gifts?

The answer to those tough questions is an investment piece that he'll be able to keep in his wardrobe for years to come. For example, a silky soft Loro Piana scarf will fare him well for many a future winter, while Montblanc's Summit 2 Titanium Sport smartwatch could become a lifelong companion.

For the stylish soul who's already got a closet full of clothes, try statement accessories, such as a Dior brooch or Fauve le Page coin wallet.

Meanwhile, outdoorsy types might like to put a little swag in their hiking bag with a Fendi water bottle.

Take a look through the gallery above to see The National's gifting ideas for men.
