The New Year's Eve fireworks aren't the only thing to look forward at the Burj Khalifa this week. The world's tallest building will celebrate its 10th anniversary on Saturday, January 4, with three specially-curated light shows, set to dazzle visitors. The show promises a colourful interplay of designs and motifs and will take place in the evening at 7pm, 8pm and 9pm. Adding to the festivities, there will be gifts distributed to visitors to At the Top, the Burj Khalifa’s observation deck, and The Dubai Mall. There will also be a celebratory bash held at The Dubai Fountain Boardwalk with plenty of other surprises that visitors can take part in. The event comes soon after the Burj Khalifa's New Year's Eve celebrations where guests can expect fireworks, animation on Burj Khalifa’s LED facade and sound effects. Meanwhile, the Dubai Fountain will showcase the world’s longest choreographed fountain show for the occasion. In 2015, the world’s tallest building celebrated its fifth anniversary with a Guinness World Record-winning LED illumination. The LED display enveloped the Burj Khalifa in the UAE National flag colours, with the display also featuring the flags of Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, and Kuwait.
