Entertainment venues such as Dreamscape, Magic Planet, Little Explorers and iFly Dubai are reopening, starting today, Saturday, July 4. The operator, Majid Al Futtaim, announced in a statement that extensive precautionary measures have been taken including extensive sanitisation and physical distancing in order to ensure the safety of visitors. “Our team has been working tirelessly to ensure that we can safely reopen and we have proactively introduced innovative new measures to allay any concerns that our guests may have," said Cameron Mitchell, Chief Executive Officer of Majid Al Futtaim Cinemas and Majid Al Futtaim Leisure & Entertainment in a statement. "We are excited, prepared and ready to welcome back our guests and employees and look forward to reopening more of our entertainment experiences across the region as restrictions are eased.” This follows a number of re-openings by Majid Al Futtaim. Two weeks ago, <a href="http://Vox Cinemas and Magic Planet to reopen in Sharjah and Ras Al Khaimah this week">the operator reopened Magic Planet and Vox Cinemas in both Sharjah and Ras Al Khaimah</a>. Majid Al Futtaim is also encouraging visitors across its venues to book in advance online. To minimise physical contact, contactless payment options have also been made available. When it comes to food, the operator said that employees will follow strict safety protocols which include sanitising of workstations and countertops every 30 minutes and washing their hands at least every 20 minutes and before handling food.
