Atlantis The Palm’s Culinary Month is set to return in November for the third year. The event celebrates the hotel’s world-class restaurants, with specially curated menus and guest appearances from top chefs. This year’s event will take place between Sunday, November 3 and Wednesday, December 4, with a number of experiences on offer over the course of the month. Here are some of the highlights: Celebrated chef Giorgio Locatelli will be on hand at his restaurant Ronda Locatelli with a three-course vegan menu made up of ingredients sourced directly from his Sicilian farm. The menu includes starters such as baby spinach salad with pomegranate dressing, baked aubergine cake with vegan Parmesan cheese for mains and a vegan chocolate sphere with coconut ice cream for dessert. Sunday, November 3 to Saturday, November 16; 6pm-10.30pm; Dh150 per person; Ronda Locatelli, Atlantis The Palm For two nights only, Michelin star chef Giorgio Locatelli (who is also a judge on MasterChef Italia) will team up with the winner of this year's show, Valeria Raciti, to host a five-course 'Four Hands Dinner' set menu. The all-Italian menu will include dishes such as deep fried calzone with anchovies, pot roasted octopus, beef tartare with egg and white truffle and the sinfully rich traditional chocolate and amaretti pudding, bonet piemontese. Guests will also have the opportunity to receive signed autographs from the celebrity chefs themselves. Sunday, November 10 and Monday, November 11; 6pm-10.30pm; Dh290 per person; Ronda Locatelli, Atlantis The Palm On UAE National Day, Nobu Matsuhisa will be in town to present an exclusive eight-course White Truffle menu, created with Nobu Dubai’s Chef de Cuisine, Damien Duviau. The indulgent menu will see dishes from the Omakase menu served with a truffle-infused twist. Think Chilean sea bass yuzu with truffle and wood oven roasted scallop with tozasu and truffle tofu cremeux. Tuesday, December 3; 6pm-11pm; Dh675 per person; Nobu, Atlantis The Palm This special evening will see celebrity chef Nobu Matsuhisa share his favourite dishes from his lifetime of cooking. The nine-course Omakase menu will be presented by Nobu himself and feature a selection of sashimi four ways, Nobu-styled cup sushi, and green tea fondant and mochi ice cream. Wednesday, December 4; 6pm-11pm; Dh575 per person, reservation required; Nobu, Atlantis The Palm _________________ Read more: _________________
