A friend told me this papaya salad (Dh18) was hot so I asked for it to be milder. Still it was so, SO hot, two bites had singed my tongue and I began to fear for the sanctity of my esophagus. A colleague with mine heartier tastebuds than mine is happily finishing it off now. UPDATE: She has described it as "pleasantly zingy". It's Dh18 at Asian Garden if you are up to the challenge.
