Sarah Khamis, social media editor at The National, shares us this bit of coffee news A few months back I saw a Twitter post by Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed where he mentioned a coffee brand interestingly named Death Wish Coffee. Death Wish? Why would anyone name their product that? Curious, I went to their site to see what's it all about. On their site, Death Wish swears they're “the strongest coffee in the world. Guaranteed!” “This is not your regular morning coffee. You will not find this coffee at your local diner or at your sissy Starbucks,” the brand boasted. I had to try it for myself, although I was a bit scared of not being able to sleep that night. So I drank a serving on a small Turkish coffee cup. And yes, it worked its magic: after drinking it, my tired and weary mood was no more. Now my Death Wish Coffee stays in a sacred place, ready to be taken out whenever I'm feeling beat. * Available at www.deathwishcoffee.com.
