Le Cirque Dubai set to wow foodies at Ritz-Carlton DIFC from April 12

It’s official, Le Cirque will open its doors at the Ritz-Carlton DIFC on April 12.

The timeless New York eatery promises foodies classic French cuisine with an Italian twist. Le Cirque Dubai is expected to offer a modest culinary approach with a selection of fresh, light and contemporary à la carte dishes.

For more than 40 years, Le Cirque — which means “the circus” in French — has provided guests with an unparalleled dining experience. The Dubai branch is expected to be no different, continuing the gastronomical tradition famed restaurateur Sirio Maccioni and his family established when they launched the first restaurant in 1974.

The menu is set to include its signature dishes lobster risotto and crème brûlée, alongside new creations like the roasted lamb rack with seasonal vegetables and pommels purée and homemade Cappelletti stuffed with Torteau crab served with crab gratin.

The Dubai kitchen will be led by head chef Manual Olveira Seller and his team. Sirio’s son Mauro Maccioni for one is very excited about the family’s new venture in the UAE.
