Grillzy Burger and Buns is a virtual restaurant offering gourmet creations such as Get Down, a peri-peri grilled chicken burger with crispy onion, guacamole and jalapenos; Truffle Shuffle, with Wagyu, pecorino cheese, truffle oil and rocket leaves; and From Down Under, a beef burger with grilled onion, lettuce, beetroot, beef bacon and cheddar cheese. There is also a vegetarian #YumGood, a mushroom patty with mozzarella, lettuce, shallots, zaatar and mayonnaise. All the burgers are priced at Dh45. Desserts feature a selection of sweet buns, including those with sour cherry and custard, each for Dh35 a pop. Samakje, which loosely translates to “fish expert” from Arabic, gives guests the option to choose fresh seafood displayed on ice that is cooked in various ways. The menu features Levantine-inspired dishes such as truffle labneh dip, fish tajin and lobster kibbeh. Desserts include lemon curd labneh cheesecake and chocolate mousse pastilla. The outdoor seating has views of the waterfront and the record-breaking Palm Fountain, which has daily shows starting from sunset.</span> <span>Sushi lovers in the capital can head to the waterfront destination where four restaurants have launched limited-time deals. Seafood restaurant Aquarium has unveiled its sushi Sundays, with a variety of sushi, ceviche, noodles, miso soups and desserts available for Dh115 per person between 7pm and 11pm. Cipriani is treating guests to a 50 per cent discount on its signature Yotto Sushi menu every Monday, inclusive of salmon sashimi, California maki rolls and tuna nigiri at bargain prices, when dining between 6pm and midnight. On Tuesdays, Iris will serve its signature maki rolls starting at Dh100, and an unlimited maki and house beverage menu for Dh249. The offer is valid from 8pm to 11pm. Finally, Mr Miyagi’s has also launched a Sushi Me Rollin deal on Saturdays, with two hours of unlimited sushi and house beverages for Dh149 per person, available from noon. The venue located in Dubai Marina is allowing guests to bring their dogs to the expansive terrace seating.
