Mad Tailors is a new restaurant found on Dubai's along Jumeirah Road.

What is Mad Tailors? Inside the new Dubai restaurant you've probably seen on Instagram

Fans of food and interior design need to make their way down to Mad Tailors, a newly launched eatery in Jumeirah, Dubai.

With striking artworks on the wall, an impressive Art Deco-style arch and contrasting bare concrete walls, it's a seriously cool new space.

Flick through our gallery above to see more images of Mad Tailors.

The design of the Jumeirah Road restaurant is down to Fad Jokhadar, the man behind the eatery, while chefs Reif Othman and Mohammad Orfali have both been connected to the restaurant.

All of the art in Mad Tailors is by Jokhadar, we are told by a very helpful waiter when we go inside for a look around.

The eatery serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, and also hosts regular pop-up events. It boasts a truly international menu. Breakfast includes granola, shakshuka and eggs Benedict, with a left-field pistachio croissant served in a square block.

For lunch there is a selection of tapas dishes, salads and sandwiches, and come dinner time there is braised octopus, short-ribs with celeriac puree and stroganoff to choose between, among other options.

Pop-up dinners at the restaurant are already a regular occurrence, despite only having been opened for a couple of months.

The next one will be taking place on April 26, and seats are limited.

It will be a collaboration between chefs Omar Rodriguez (executive chef at Mayta Dubai) and Mohammad Orfali (Head of Culinary at Fatafeat TV).

Jokhadar tells The National that he's hoping to bring some drama to the night, with live cooking inside of the eatery, not hidden away in the kitchen.

The advertisement for the evening promises "a fancy dinner with no truffle [or] caviar".
