Hiring a supercar, such as a Lamborghini, in Dubai will typically set you back by Dh3,000 per day, plus a hefty security deposit. However, petrolheads can get a staggering 99 per cent discount between Tuesday, October 22, and Friday, October 25, thanks to MyRide.ae, a car rental company in Dubai.
There are three cars available at the moment: a Lamborghini Huracan for Dh5; a Mercedes-Benz G63 for Dh1; and a chauffeur-driven Rolls-Royce for Dh8 for 10 hours of service. The company will add more cars to the offer based on customer interest and feedback.
The offer is on a first-come, first-served basis, and interested customers will need to log on to the website, create an account and pay a subscription fee to reserve their spot. The fee is Dh100 for one day, Dh200 for three days and Dh400 for four days – and only one or two of the cars will be made available per day.
Each car is available to rent for one day only; regular rates will apply should you be unable to part with the vehicle the next day. Some of the cars will require no security deposit, but those that do will require payment via a credit card. Finally, the subscription fee is non-refundable.
