Knee-to-tricep move
Derryn Brown, a personal trainer at The Hundred Pilates Studio in Dubai, demonstrates the third exercise in our eight-part weekly series of workouts. 1. Start in a classic plank position, feet together, palms flat and shoulder width apart.
2. Bring the knee of the right leg up to touch the right elbow, brushing the tricep.
3. Return to a plank position, repeat with the left leg. Continue to alternate five times on each side.
Tips/things to remember:
Keep your core contracted and don't forget to take big deep breaths as you restraighten the legs.

Electoral College Victory
Trump has so far secured 295 Electoral College votes, according to the Associated Press, exceeding the 270 needed to win. Only Nevada and Arizona remain to be called, and both swing states are leaning Republican. Trump swept all five remaining swing states, North Carolina, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin, sealing his path to victory and giving him a strong mandate.

The count is ongoing, but Trump currently leads with nearly 51 per cent of the popular vote to Harris’s 47.6 per cent. Trump has over 72.2 million votes, while Harris trails with approximately 67.4 million.
