Here are the new hotels opening in the UAE this month... <span><a href="http://www.caesars.com/dubai/caesars-resort">Caesars Palace Bluewaters Dubai</a> will welcome its first guests on November 15 while its sister property Caesars Resort Bluewaters Dubai will take bookings from December 1. </span> <span>Located on Bluewaters Island, a new, man-made island overlooking Jumeirah Beach, Caesars Palace is connected to The Beach at JBR and includes Cove Beach and Qua Spa, with Gordon Ramsay lined up to open his second Hell’s Kitchen at the property. </span> <span>Caesars Resort has 301 rooms and will have two pools, a private beach, six restaurants and bars. Rates start from Dh2,960 per night, including taxes.</span> <span>The capital’s exclusive beach enclave, Saadiyat Island, will welcome yet another resort to its shores on Sunday (November 11) with the opening of the new Jumeirah at Saadiyat Island Resort. </span> <span>The 293-room complex resembles a summer house and features seven restaurants and bars, three pools, a spa with 15 treatment rooms, a floodlit tennis court and will be free of plastic straws and single-use plastic bottles. </span> <span>With 400 metres of private beach for guests to enjoy, along with private pools in the villa categories, the hotel will provide a new level of luxury in Abu Dhabi. The property features a selection of dining options including Signature by Sanjeev Kapoor, the renowned eatery fronted by the Indian celebrity chef. </span> <span>The hotel has a Myst Spa, a sports lounge and a health club. Rates start from Dh436 per night, including taxes. </span> <span>The first Edition hotel in the Middle East has opened its doors at Abu Dhabi’s Al Bateen Marina. The 198-room luxury Marriott property is located on the waterfront and has an adjoining 57 serviced residences. </span> <span>A brand known primarily for its slick interior design, <a href="http://www.editionhotels.com/abu-dhabi">The Abu Dhabi Edition</a> also has a notable exterior on the marina side, with a lattice-like shell to represent the lateen sails of traditional dhows, which were historically built in the area. </span> <span>Inside, there is a striking five-storey lobby and a lounge area incorporating a kinetic art installation. The hotel’s food and beverage offerings are under the direction of Tom Aiken. It has a spa and fitness centre with a three-storey nightclub set to open in the future.
