Visitors to Ras al Khaimah can look forward to a new sundowner spot, as a six month pop-up of Siddharta Lounge by Buddha-Bar will open in the emirate on December 19.
Known around the world for its iconic music, Buddha-Bar will launch Siddharta Lounge at Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah later this month, with the concept set to run until May 2019.
With a reputation for its distinctive menus that blend flavours from across Asia with coastal Mediterranean cuisine, Siddharta Lounge RAK will have space for up to 120 guests and offer an upscale day-to-night experience.
Guests will be able to make the most of its location on the Arabian coastline, and enjoy pool and beach access accompanied by fantastic sea views. There will also be a mixology bar and sushi counter.
Weekly live music sessions, DJ performances and visits from internationally acclaimed artists will be on the entertainment roster alongside a regular series of concept evenings.
Ras Al Khaimah will be the third emirate in the country to launch offerings from the French brand, which already has outposts in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, and earlier this year opened the world’s first permanent Buddha-Bar at The St Regis Saadiyat Island Resort in the capital.
