Finding the motivation to exercise during the hot summer months can be tough, especially if your usual routine involves spending a lot of time outside. But those needing an extra push this summer can work out for free thanks to a number of special sessions being held by Nike. Taking place throughout August in Dubai, Nike will be offering fitness fans a series of one-hour sessions designed to get people moving. There will be one weekday and one weekend class each week, with sessions including HIIT workouts and yoga. Once the weather begins to cool in October and November, Nike will also add in outdoor running sessions to its free fitness schedule. Each class at DIFC's Gate Avenue will be taught by one of Nike’s expert trainers, and has been designed to inspire and enable participants of varying ability levels to become fitter. Those wanting to take part in one of the free sessions will need to register online or download the Nike NTC app. A full class schedule can be found here.
