Dubai is a great place for yoga lovers. From state-of-the-art studios to dreamy sunset settings, there are endless opportunities to get your practise in, regardless of your level. And now yogis in Dubai have the chance to reach new heights, quite literally, with a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to win a yoga session on the Burj Al Arab's helipad. The competition from Dubai Holding has been launched in celebration of its partnership with XDubai for the return of XYoga Dubai Festival which is taking place on Kite Beach on February 21 and 22. To win a place in the exclusive yoga experience, all participants need to follow @dubaiholding on Instagram and post an image of themselves doing their best yoga pose with the hashtag #DHexperience any time before or on Friday, February 21. A total of 15 winners will be contacted on February 21 by Dubai Holding, and will get to enjoy a 60-minute yoga session with internationally renowned yogi Sjana Elise – all set to the stunning backdrop of Dubai’s skyline. Winners can expect gorgeous water views stretching out as far as the eye can see, as they’re guided through a sequence designed to "transform the body and mind". XYoga Dubai Festival is one of the region’s biggest holistic yoga events having welcomed more than 17,000 yogis last year. The theme for the 2020 festival is Be Yoga, Be Nature. Participants can expect two days of complimentary classes, talks, workshops and meditation sessions, geared towards all ages and fitness levels. The festival will kick off with a morning class on Friday, February 21 led by Bollywood actress and model Esha Gupta. Other international yogis expected to attend are Australian adventure yogi Sjana Elise and “yoga bro” Jacob Manning. While classes are free, they are subject to registration, which is now open . In the run-up to the event, XDubai and Dubai Holding will organise warm-up sessions around the city. More information can be found at www.xyogadubai.com
