LONDON // Dereck Chisora's promoter believes it would be the biggest upset in boxing history if the London fighter beat Wladimir Klitschko in their heavyweight title bout on April 30.
Chisora is a massive underdog for his fight against the IBF and WBO champion in Mannheim, Germany, having won just 14 fights in his career compared to the experienced Klitschko's 55 victories.
Frank Warren, Chisora's promoter, said yesterday that "for a guy to win a heavyweight title after just 14 fights has to be the biggest upset of all time - it would be a bigger upset than (Leon) Spinks beating (Muhammad) Ali."
Chisora originally had been scheduled to fight the younger of the Klitschko brothers on December 11, but the Ukrainian pulled out because of an abdominal injury.
