The ICC have confirmed it is investigating claims made in a television documentary, which included allegations unnamed players from several countries including UAE were involved in spot-fixing.
“The ICC has now had the opportunity to view the documentary into corruption in cricket and as we have previously stated, we are taking the contents of the programme and the allegations it has made extremely seriously,” Alex Marshall, the general manager of the ICC’s Anti-Corruption Unit, said.
"A full investigation led by the ICC Anti-Corruption Unit, working with full cooperation from all member countries identified in the programme, is now underway to examine each claim made."
The Emirates Cricket Board said in statement: “The ECB has been made aware of certain media allegations of corrupt activity relating to some of its players.
“The ICC has been informed and is undertaking an investigation into this matter, and the relevant UAE government authority has been informed of the situation.”

Trump has so far secured 295 Electoral College votes, according to the Associated Press, exceeding the 270 needed to win. Only Nevada and Arizona remain to be called, and both swing states are leaning Republican.
