It would be fair to say that had it not been for back problems, Graham Onions would have been a regular in the England cricket team. The 35-year-old fast bowler played nine Tests and four one-day internationals for his national side from 2009 to 2012 and showed much promise before his career was marred by injury-related issues.
Hence, the highest wicket-taker in the Durham county's history, who will begin his first season as a Lancashire player, had sound advice for former teammate Mark Wood.
