Gareth Bale looked in jovial mood as he joined the rest of his Real Madrid teammates at their training ground at Valdebebas ahead of Tuesday's Champions League clash against Paris Saint-Germain.
The Welshman was greeted with jeers and whistles after coming off the bench during Madrid's 3-1 La Liga win over Real Sociedad on Saturday.
The Madridistas' ire was provoked by what was perceived as a joke at their expense made by Bale when on international duty last week. The Madrid attacker had been criticised in Spain after being pictured celebrating Wales' Euro 2020 qualification victory over Hungary with a flag which read "Wales. Golf. Madrid. In that order".
Manager Zinedine Zidane had pleaded with supporters to get behind Bale and the team following the Sociedad match, saying: "I hope this doesn't carry on for the rest of the season."
There were no signs of any tension between Bale and his teammates at training on Tuesday. The former Tottenham forward could be seen receiving a playful shove by Luka Modric and also practicing a handshake with Casemiro.
Madrid host a PSG currently top of Champions League Group A with maximum points from four matches including a 3-0 win in the reverse fixture in Paris in September.
Real have seven points from four matches but will seal their place in the knockout stages with victory over Thomas Tuchel's side.
Bottom-side Galatasaray host Club Bruges in the group's other match.
