Paul Pogba has been named in Manchester United's squad for their forthcoming pre-season tour. The midfielder's future at the Old Trafford club has been unclear after <a href="https://www.thenational.ae/sport/football/paul-pogba-ready-to-quit-manchester-united-i-m-ready-for-a-new-challenge-1.875081">he admitted he was ready for a new challenge</a>. He has been training alone in the United States during the past week having ended last season late due to international duty with France. Romelu Lukaku, who has also been linked with a move away from United, has also been named in the squad, as have new signings Daniel James and Aaron Wan-Bissaka. United will play five tour matches against Perth Glory and Leeds United in Australia, Inter Milan in Singapore, Tottenham Hotspur in China and AC Milan in Wales. The club confirmed that defender Matteo Darmian and midfielder Fred will join the tour at a later date due to family reasons. Alexis Sanchez meanwhile has been involved in the Copa America with Chile and limped off after just 17 minutes of their third-place play-off agains Argentina. The United squad was set to board a flight from Manchester Airport to Perth on Sunday afternoon. The Premier League season starts for United on August 11 when they host Chelsea. _____________
