The Philadelphia Phillies have brought back the senior citizen of their pitching staff, left-hander Jamie Moyer on a two-year deal. Moyer, 46, went a team-best 16-7 with a 3.71 ERA in 33 starts last season. He became the second-oldest player in World Series history when he started a 5-4 win over Tampa Bay in Game Three. Jack Quinn, who was 47 when he pitched for the Philadelphia Athletics in 1930, is the oldest.
