Bollywood fans can win meeting with stars at Dubai world premiere

DUBAI // Bollywood fans can win a meeting with Priyanka Chopra and Shahid Kapoor when the stars come to Dubai next week for the world premier of Teri Meri Kahaani (Our Story).

Etisalat customers have the chance to win tickets to Wednesday's premiere, details of which are yet to be revealed, by setting songs from the film as their ringtones.

Teri Meri Kahaani features Chopra and Kapoor reuniting after their 2009 thriller Kaminey. The new film contains three separate love stories involving the same couple.

Chopra and Kapoor play Krish and Radha who, despite travelling through time from contemporary England back to the Punjab of 1910 and Mumbai in the 1960s, find they are destined to be together.

In England the two are fellow students at the University of Nottingham, with sections shot on location and in Stratford-upon- Avon. In the Punjab, Kapoor is a poet, while in the 1960s he is a struggling musician and Chopra is an actress.

The film proved a major talking point at the recent International Indian Film Academy awards in Singapore. Its soundtrack includes contributions from Wajid, Rahat Fateh Ali Khan and Sonu Nigam.
