DUBAI // A murder suspect wanted by authorities in India bribed a police officer in Dubai with a luxury car in return for details of the investigation, a court heard today. JS, 42, who faces extradition to India in relation to the murder, gave the officer, who was working with Interpol and was identified as YS, 27, a Range Rover. JS is charged with bribing a public official. YS is charged with accepting a bribe. YS was offered the vehicle in return for information regarding developments of the murder investigation, Dubai Criminal Court of First Instance was told.
