UAE residents and holidaymakers should expect a hot and sunny start to the week, with temperatures reaching around 42°C on Sunday. Humidity will peak around 58 per cent in the morning in Dubai, where temperatures will feel closer to 50°C. While in Abu Dhabi, humidity will be slightly higher, peaking at nearly 80 per cent in the morning. The day will be fair to partly cloudy at times with the National Center of Meteorology forecasting some clouds to form by the afternoon. Fresh north-westerly and south-westerly winds will cause dust to blow over at speeds reaching 38 km per hour. Conditions are expected to be slight to moderate in the Arabian Gulf and moderate to rough in the Sea of Oman.
