UAE skies were engulfed by a sheet of early morning fog on Monday. Visibility was reduced in the early hours of the day as weather experts issued a fog warning to commuters. The mist gave way to brighter conditions as the morning progressed, though it remained hazy across the Emirates. The country's National Centre of Meteorology told members of the public to expect fog formations to be at their peak between 1am and 9.30am. On Sunday, motorists told of hazardous driving conditions caused by a thick blanket of fog. Temperatures in Dubai and Abu Dhabi are forecast to hit a high of 33°C with humidity potentially getting up to 90 per cent, according the National Centre for Meteorology. The centre is also predicting a fair day although there could be the occasional spot of cloud cover. It will be humid at night and Tuesday morning will see a misty start in coastal areas.
