Officers in Dubai Police's operations rooms are always ready to answer the call for any situation that may arise, even during the Eid Al Adha holiday break. But you could forgive staff for being surprised when they received a message of support from Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed, the Crown Prince of Dubai, to mark the beginning of Eid Al Adha. An unsuspecting officer received a ringing endorsement when he picked up the phone, only to be greeted by Sheikh Hamdan himself. Sheikh Hamdan offered the officer warm support for the holiday season and wished him well while on duty. "First of all assalamu alaikum and good morning to all of you, I just wanted to greet you and wish you a blessed Eid while on duty.
