An investigation by Dubai Police into a case where an Indian expatriate allegedly murdered his wife, along with help from a friend, led them to solving another murder.
Major Khalil Al Mansouri, assistant chief of Dubai Police criminal investigation affairs, said the husband also confessed to the murder of an Eastern European woman four years ago, Al Ittihad, the Arabic-language sister paper of The National reported.
The confession was made, Maj Al Mansouri said, while the suspect was being questioned for the more recent murder.
