Sheikh Saud Bin Saqr Al Qasimi, UAE Supreme Council member and ruler of Ras al-Khaimah has issued an emiri decree, appointing his son Sheikh Mohammed Bin Saud Bin Saqr Al Qasimi as Crown Prince of the emirate.
