All paid parking zones in Dubai - except multi-level parking lots – will be free of charge from Thursday, July 30 until Sunday, August 2 for Eid Al Adha. The emirate’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has also released operating hours for all public transport in the emirate during the upcoming long weekend. Dubai Metro Red Line Stations will operate from 5am on Thursday until 1am on Friday. They will reopen at 10am the same day and run until 1am on Saturday. Trains on this line will run from 5am to midnight on Saturday and Sunday. Green Line trains will run during the same hours with the exception of Saturday and Sunday when it starts from 5.30am. The Dubai Tram will start services on Thursday from 6am and run until 1am on Friday. It will resume at 9am on Friday and continue until 1am on Saturday. The tram will then be available from 6am to 1am on Saturday and Sunday. The bus service will operate from 4.25am to just past midnight each day at main stations, which includes the Gold Souq. There may be slight variation in timings at different stations. Commuters must check the exact timings of the bus service at the stations. The Metro link bus service at Rashidiya, Mall of the Emirates, Ibn Battuta, Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa, Abu Hail, and Etisalat will be in service from 5am to 1.10am. The water bus will run from the Marina stations from noon until midnight each day. The abra service will be available from Dubai Old Souq to Baniyas from 10am to midnight each day. It will start from 10.30am until half past midnight on the Deira Old Souq-Sabkha-Al Fahidi line. The Al Seef-Baniyas service will start at 10am and run until midnight, while the Al Jaddaf to Dubai Festival City line runs from 8am to midnight each day. The ferry will operate between Dubai Marina and Al-Ghubaiba at 11am, 1pm, and 6.30pm. The tourist service at Dubai Marina and Al Ghubaiba will start at 5pm.
