The mercury is expected to dip on the first day of the week as a low pressure system moves in. Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah woke up to 28°C on Sunday morning. According to the National Centre for Meteorology, coastal areas will see a temperature range of 23°C to 40°C, with internal areas at 22°C to 43°C. Mountainous zones will experience a temperature range of 19°C to 34°C. Skies may be partly cloudy and hazy at times during the day and fresh winds causing blowing dust and sand are likely at times. Rough sea conditions are expected to be moderate in the Arabian Gulf, becoming rough at times in the Oman Sea. The partly cloudy and hazy weather is expected to continue into the week.
