The room has one of the world's largest chandeliers, with 350,000 crystals. It weighs 12 tonnes.
A projection shows the UAE's leaders including the Founding Father, the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, and Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, now Vice President and Ruler of Dubai.
The room can seat up to 800 people, depending on its configuration.
Shades of blue, white and gold make up the design of the room.
Visitors can roam around Qasr Al Watan on their own or take part in a group or private tour.
The Spirit of Collaboration still holds meetings for bodies such as the Federal Supreme Council, the Arab League and the Gulf Co-operation Council.
