An award-winning rabbit was stolen from its enclosure in England and its owners are offering a reward for his safe return. Darius, named in the <a href="https://www.guinnessworldrecords.com/world-records/210091-longest-rabbit">Guinness World Records 2010</a> as the world's longest rabbit, went missing from his home in Stoulton, Worcestershire, on Saturday.<br/> Owner Annette Edwards offered the reward and said the ageing bunny, who measured 1 metre, 29cm, was too old to breed. “A very sad day. Guinness world record Darius has been stolen from his home. The police are doing their best to find out who has taken him,” Ms Edwards said. “There is a reward of a £1,000. Darius is too old to breed now. So please bring him back.” Darius is Ms Edwards' fourth record-breaking rabbit and he took the 'world's longest' title from his mother.<br/> West Mercia Police issued a photo of the rabbit as they tried to reunite Darius with his family.<br/> "We are appealing for information following the theft of an award-winning rabbit from its home in Stoulton, Worcestershire," police said.<br/> "It is believed the Continental Giant rabbit was stolen from its enclosure in the garden of the property of its owners overnight on Saturday.<br/> "The rabbit is quite unique in the fact it is 1m, 29cm in size and has been awarded a Guinness Record for being the biggest rabbit in the world."
