We'll just have to wait to see what the American chat show host Ellen DeGeneres and her friend, Scandal and Arrested Development actress Portia de Rossi, are doing in Dubai.
The Act Dubai has confirmed that Degeneres and de Rossi were attending a private dinner at the venue Sunday night. There were no other celebrities in attendance.
The Italian EDM, pop and soul singer/songwriter Nya Crea, who performs in the US and Dubai, provided the entertainment, posting a picture from her interaction on Instagram with the caption: “Me, My Stupid Face, my amazing collegues and Ellen DeGeneres, after our show !!!”
She also took to Twitter to say: “Ellen DeGeneres was At the act Watching our show Tonight!!! It was amazing singing for her! @TheEllenShow”.
Neither DeGeneres or De Rossi had the trip on their social media.
During the promotional tour for Furious 7, which was partially shot in Abu Dhabi, DeGeneres and Vin Diesel paired up to give away an all-expenses-paid trip to Abu Dhabi to an audience member. The trip included an Etihad Airways business class flight and stays at Emirates Palace and Jumeirah at Etihad Towers.
“You’re going to love it – I was there,” Diesel told the prize winner. “You’re going to have a blast.”
