Dubai residents have a chance to do just that with free early-morning yoga sessions now available daily – yes, even during the long, hot summer – at Dubai Internet City Amphitheater.
The one-hour sessions, beginning from 5.30am, are run by the non-profit organisation Friends of Yoga (FOY).
The sessions will follow the FOY ethos, focusing on physical postures, breath control, meditation and a healthy dose of laughter.
