After months of organising and lobbying, the
Hydra Investors Group
today
appear to have made significant progress in their efforts to get a break on payments and remove contentious clauses from their contracts.
Hydra Properties
said today it would give any buyer who has paid more than 50 per cent a break on further payments until the middle of next year. The company is also removing a penalty clause in the contracts that would fine buyers for each day they were late on payment.

UK
Innovator Founder Visa is aimed at those who can demonstrate relevant experience in business and sufficient investment funds to set up and scale up a new business in the UK. It offers permanent residence after three years.
Germany
