Arch Motorcycle Company was founded in Los Angeles in 2011 by the actor Keanu Reeves and the designer and engineer Gard Hollinger.
Reeves has long been a fan of motorbikes. In fact, he has only ever owned two cars: a vintage Volvo and a contemporary Porsche. His first two-wheeler was a Kawasaki 600 Enduro, but he has since developed an affinity for Nortons. He is also known to buy a bike every time he is shooting on location and then sell it once the film is done.
Reeves and Hollinger joined forces to create a chopper-inspired bike that is visually striking and comes with state-of-the-art mechanics. The result is a “studied blend of retro-modern design and performance; the ultimate test of craft and imagination”.
Each bike can be tailor-made to enhance rider comfort. Ergonomic options include forward or mid controls, narrow- or wide-mounted foot pegs, and 2- or 3-inch handlebar pullback risers.
The Öhlins and Race Tech suspension components mean the fork springs and shocks are fully adjustable, the wheels are ultralight carbon fibre and the brakes are twin ISR 6-piston monobloc radials.
The KRGT-1 has a 2,032cc S&S Cycle V-Twin engine and a six-speed Baker Drivetrain transmission. Made entirely from billet steel and billet aluminium, the bike weighs 244 kilograms.

Classification of skills
A worker is categorised as skilled by the MOHRE based on nine levels given in the International Standard Classification of Occupations (ISCO) issued by the International Labour Organisation.
A skilled worker would be someone at a professional level (levels 1 – 5) which includes managers, professionals, technicians and associate professionals, clerical support workers, and service and sales workers.
The worker must also have an attested educational certificate higher than secondary or an equivalent certification, and earn a monthly salary of at least Dh4,000.
