Crown Prince Hussein of Jordan and Princess Rajwa joined Britain's Prince William and Princess Catherine at Windsor Castle on Wednesday.
The Prince and Princess of Wales shared a short video on their official social account, with the caption: “A pleasure to welcome HRH Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah of Jordan and HRH Princess Rajwa to Windsor this morning.”
The clip showed the four royals posing for a picture inside the castle, before cutting to show the two princesses talking as they walk down the staircase, followed by Prince William and Prince Hussein, also locked in conversation.
Princess Catherine was dressed in a camel-coloured trouser suit, while Princess Rajwa wore a black corset-style jumpsuit.
The Princess of Wales has previously worn the Roland Mouret suit for an engagement in 2023. This time, she paired it with a tie-necked cream blouse, Ralph Lauren heels and gold earrings by British jeweller Cassandra Goad. She also has a maroon version of the same suit.
Princess Rajwa opted for a combination of designs by British and Arab fashion houses. Her black wool jumpsuit by Alexander McQueen was styled over a white shirt by Tunisian designer Alaia. She completed the look with a pair of Gianvito Rossi heels and a black Alaia Le Teckel clutch.
The Prince of Wales and Crown Prince of Jordan both wore navy blue suits.
This is the Jordanian royals' first visit to the UK as a married couple. Prince William and Princess Catherine attended their wedding in 2023.
Prince Hussein also visited a Royal Air Force base, RAF Benson in Oxfordshire, with Prince William, who chatted about flying Sea King helicopters on rescue missions and said their sound still goes “straight to my heart”.
Prince William served a three-year tour with the RAF Search and Rescue Force. During his time based at RAF Valley in Anglesey, he carried out 156 search and rescue operations resulting in 149 people being rescued. He left the Armed Forces in 2013.
RAF Benson is home to squadrons including 28 (Army Co-operation) Squadron, a unit training aircrew to fly Chinook helicopters, and the two princes helped technicians with maintenance tasks.

France has organised a delegation of leading businesses to travel to Syria. The group was led by French shipping giant CMA CGM, which struck a 30-year contract in May with the Syrian government to develop and run Latakia port. Also present were water and waste management company Suez, defence multinational Thales, and Ellipse Group, which is currently looking into rehabilitating Syrian hospitals.
