Sebastian Vettel moved 14 points clear at the top of the Formula One drivers' championship after winning the Hungarian Grand Prix on Sunday.
The German overcame steering problems with his Ferrari to finish ahead of teammate Kimi Raikkonen for his first race victory since Monaco.
Vettel's title rival Lewis Hamilton was fourth after he allowed his Mercedes-GP teammate Valtteri Bottas to pass him on the final lap.
Hamilton had run behind Bottas for much of the afternoon, but the Finn was asked to move over for the triple world champion on Lap 47 of the 70-lap race to see if he could trouble the Ferrari cars. He was unable to pass Raikkonen so on the last lap slowed to let Bottas reclaim his third place, even though it lost him a further three points to Vettel in the standings.
Bottas finished fourth, with Red Bull Racing's Max Verstappen finishing fifth after a controversial race. The Dutch teenager collided with teammate Daniel Ricciardo on the first lap, the contact eliminating the Australian from the race.
Verstappen was given a 10-second penalty by the race stewards for being found to be at fault for the collision.
Fernando Alonso enjoyed his best result of the season, finishing sixth for McLaren, with teammate Stoffel Vandoorne scoring his first point of 2017 in 10th.
The next round of the season is in Belgium on August 27.
