Liverpool's Andy Robertson has signed a new deal at the club until 2026.
The Scotland left-back joins Trent Alexander-Arnold, Fabinho, Alisson Becker and Virgil Van Dijk in committing his future to the club. Robertson joined the Reds from Hull in 2017 and has made 177 appearances, winning the Premier League, Champions League, Club World Cup and Super Cup titles.
Robertson will be available for the next fixture against Chelsea after missing his side's opening two games of the season due to injury.
"I want to stay at this club for as long as possible and to extend my stay, it's always a happy time for me, for my family," he told the club website.
"We're settled here, we love everything about this football club and I'm glad that the journey is continuing.
"I still remember the day as if it was yesterday when I signed here and obviously you have ambitions to become a regular player for Liverpool, to win trophies for this club, to do everything else. The way it's gone has been excellent.
"But since the very start of my career I've always been one to look forward; that's in the past, that's something that I can sit down with the people who want to listen to me when I've hung up my boots and retired and I can tell them all the stories that we've already made.
"They're certainly building up but I want to make more and obviously hopefully starting with this season. We want to achieve more, we want to bring hopefully more trophies, more happiness to this club.
The 27-year-old suffered ankle ligament damage in a pre-season friendly against Athletic Bilbao this month and was an unused substitute against Burnley last week.
"I fully trained on Friday, just one day before the game [against Burnley] - maybe a bit ahead of schedule. I'll have a full week of training so let's see what happens against Chelsea. But I'll be ready, I’ll be ready to play," he said.

Louisiana Purchase

Volunteers offer workers a lifeline
Community volunteers have swung into action delivering food packages and toiletries to the men.
When provisions are distributed, the men line up in long queues for packets of rice, flour, sugar, salt, pulses, milk, biscuits, shaving kits, soap and telecom cards.
Volunteers from St Mary’s Catholic Church said some workers came to the church to pray for their families and ask for assistance.
Boxes packed with essential food items were distributed to workers in the Dubai Investments Park and Ras Al Khaimah camps last week. Workers at the Sonapur camp asked for Dh1,600 towards their gas bill.
“Especially in this year of tolerance we consider ourselves privileged to be able to lend a helping hand to our needy brothers in the Actco camp," Father Lennie Connully, parish priest of St Mary’s.
Workers spoke of their helplessness, seeing children’s marriages cancelled because of lack of money going home. Others told of their misery of being unable to return home when a parent died.
“More than daily food, they are worried about not sending money home for their family,” said Kusum Dutta, a volunteer who works with the Indian consulate.
